Accessory checklist for a complete roof

Ridges, valleys, flashings, verges, junction pieces and fasteners follow the real geometry. Use this as a checklist, not as a universal quantity.

Technical basis: the Europrofill public catalogue and current production rules.

In detail

Accessories close roof edges, intersections and penetrations. The correct list comes from the real geometry, not a universal percentage of roof area.

The ridge follows the upper meeting line of slopes. Valleys collect water between two internal slopes. Flashings and verges close eaves, gables or wall junctions.

Junction pieces are checked where sheets meet a chimney, dormer or another element. The quotation should state the shape, developed width, angle, length and number of pieces.

Snow guards, fasteners and membranes cannot be assumed from area alone. Type and quantity depend on the profile, support, geometry and confirmed installation solution.

The rainwater system is a separate family. Gutters, downpipes, bends, connectors and brackets are chosen from eaves length, water route and outlet positions.

For made-to-order accessories, ask the quotation to list the part, material, colour, length, quantity and price in the unit used. This makes the list checkable before production and at receipt.

Use this list to control the discussion. Final quantities must come from the project drawing or measurement and be confirmed in the quotation.

Confirm before ordering

The guide explains the decision. The confirmed quotation fixes the facts for your project.

  • Length of every intersection and edge
  • Made-to-order parts and their angles
  • Unit and quantity in the quotation
