In detail
Metal slat fencing can use the same steel and finish as the roof.
The finished slat covers 100 mm and is formed from a 115 mm strip; the difference goes into the folded edges. It is cut to the ordered length, up to 6 m per piece.
Installation is simple: the slat is fixed to the fence posts with self-tapping screws. You can fit it yourself or have installers do it. No special equipment is needed.
You can order the slats in the same finish as the roof for a coherent whole, instead of a plain galvanized sheet fence.
The quantity is worked out from the fence length, the slat height and the clear gap you want between slats. Confirm the fixing pitch before turning the fence length into a number of slats.
