RAL colours and thicknesses: the complete guide

The public catalogue lists the available combinations of colour, finish, thickness (0.32 mm to 0.55 mm) and origin. Here is why the material is chosen as a complete specification.

In detail

The public catalogue does not treat colour as a choice on its own. Each available option is a combination of a RAL code or a wood effect, a thickness, a finish and an origin.

Not every colour exists in every finish or thickness. Choose the application and the profile first, then compare only the material combinations the catalogue lists as available.

Wood effects appear in the Taiwan and Korea series. Which exact options are available depends on the decor and the thickness, so check the catalogue rather than a static list in an article.

Published thicknesses range from 0.32 mm to 0.55 mm. The thickness is chosen together with the profile, the application and the supporting structure; a higher value does not replace a technical check.

Finishes such as Glossy, TXT, HI-MATT, SQ MATT, SNOWMATT, Cristal, V-MATT or Wood effect change the appearance and can change the price. Compare the full specification, not just the colour.

Origin is one part of the material specification and can come with other combinations of thickness, finish and price. The current price is the one shown in the catalogue and confirmed in the quotation.
