From measurement to production and delivery

An estimate becomes a confirmed quotation, then an order with reserved material. See the stages you can follow until the goods are ready for delivery or collection.

In detail

The first estimate helps set a budget. Before ordering, dimensions, profile, material and accessories must be confirmed in a quotation describing the actual project.

Once the quotation is accepted, the order is created. Payment conditions are confirmed and material can be reserved for the accepted specification.

The order then passes through the public stages: advance or payment confirmed, material reserved, scheduled for production, in production and ready for delivery.

Production uses the approved profile, material and dimensions. A change requested after reservation or after entering the line may no longer be possible; contact the team immediately.

When goods are ready, delivery or collection is coordinated by phone. Timing, cost and time window depend on the address, product, sheet length and schedule.

You can check the status with the order number and phone used for the order. The public page shows specification and progress without exposing the address, amount, payments or other personal data.

At receipt, compare the product and documents with the confirmed quotation before installation. This keeps the commercial decision, production and delivery tied to one specification.

If you're new to the project, you're probably wondering what the difference is. It's simple: the tile is for pitched roofs and a residential look; profiled sheet is for halls, façades and roofs with a slight slope.
