Warranty and batch certificate: what you receive on delivery

Warranty terms depend on the chosen material. At receipt, compare the product and delivery documents with the confirmed specification before installation.

Technical basis: the Europrofill public catalogue and current production rules.

In detail

Warranty is not one number valid for every sheet. Duration and conditions depend on the material, thickness, finish and terms applicable to the order.

Request written terms in the confirmed quotation and issued certificate. The quotation records what you accepted; the order and delivery documents should preserve the same specification.

At receipt, compare the profile, colour, thickness and finish with the quotation and documents. Contact the team before installation if you find a mismatch.

The quality or thickness certificate links the product to the batch or coil used and to the declared thickness. Keep it with the invoice, delivery note and warranty certificate.

Warranty does not replace handling, installation, use and maintenance conditions. Mechanical damage or unauthorised work is treated separately from a manufacturing defect.

Photograph and describe any problem found at receipt. Do not continue installation over a mismatch that you intend to clarify later.

For questions, use the order number and quotation specification. They allow the team to identify the exact material and associated documents.

If you're new to the project, you're probably wondering what the difference is. It's simple: the tile is for pitched roofs and a residential look; profiled sheet is for halls, façades and roofs with a slight slope.
